ART FOR EVERYONE
GRASSES BEND AND DANCE IN THE WIND
Grasslands cover from 38% t050% of the total landmass of our planet. They are home to many creatures, amoung them birds, insects, and animals. they are also the provider of much of the food consumed by human beings. We drive past them daily without really taking notice of not only thier beauty but also thier importance. And yes , like the forrests, rivers and oceans , they are endangered. Imagine what would happen if the bees and other insects stopped pollinating the plants. First the plants would die, then the animals that depend on the plant would die and very shortly thereafter or at the same time we humans would perish also. By getting up close and looking at the beauty of the grasslands, my hope is to make you aware of what could be lost. the grasslands are not more important than the forrests or the rivers or the oceans BUT THEY ARE JUST AS IMPORTANT!
THE COSMOS AND NATURE
“The cosmos speaks through nature”…rs
Of the events occuring on our planet that are experianced by our senses, the sense of vision is most appealing to me. But i also am aware that the senses don’t tell the whole story. There are behind the scenes forces that cause the events of visual manifestation to occur. And while these causes are invisible to us inthe sensible world that we live in, what we do see provide clues to those forces. Studying the spiritual texts written throughout history are helpful in this reguard and i would add that art particularly art that is based on the actuall image of our sense perception can futher aid in this discouvery. We are so accustomed to looking that we don’t really see, wheras if you photograph a moment in time and enlarge it, many of the details of its existance provide new information that can increase awareness of those hidden forces
